What we do
Four ways in, from a single keynote to a working prototype. Most engagements start with one and grow into the next.

Strategic Foresight
A practical toolkit for reading the forces shaping your market and acting on them early. Beyond trend-watching, it is a systematic way to explore what is possible for your organization, so leaders spot opportunities sooner and decide with confidence when the ground is moving.

Proposition Design
Ideas alone do not power innovation. Process does. We immerse ourselves in the lives of your customers, co-create bold concepts, and turn them into propositions that are desirable, feasible, and profitable, while building a team that can do it again without us.

AI & Emerging Tech
Keynotes, workshops, and discovery engagements that take AI out of the lab and into the business. Your teams leave with the judgment to tell a real opportunity from a demo, and a roadmap they can defend to a board.

Zero to One AI
Two weeks from business problem to a working, AI-powered prototype running on your data. Not slides, not requirements. Real code in your hands while competitors are still scoping. Our think-while-building approach collapses innovation timelines from months to days.

The World After AI
Optimism, Agency, and Our Next Chapter
The technology is not the variable. The choices are.
Ramy’s second book makes the case that the real reshaping does not begin when AI amazes us. It begins when AI becomes as ordinary as electricity, woven so deeply into how we work, learn, and connect that we stop noticing it. That is the moment that demands new thinking from leaders, and the argument that runs through everything we do here.
Ramy is also the author of The AI Product Design Handbook, the practitioner’s guide to designing AI-powered products.

Why 1000 Days Out
We were corporate innovators before corporate innovation was cool
Leading companies knew they needed a new kind of leader: someone who understands that the world is changing faster than it ever has, and who also knows how to get things done inside a large organization. Working inside those organizations, we helped them become ambidextrous, innovative and excellent at execution at the same time. It is not an easy job, and sometimes a thankless one, but it taught us a great deal.
Now we share that experience with other companies. Our passion is teaching as many organizations as possible how to use customer insight to build better products, better services, and better experiences. Customers demand, and deserve, products they love. We are on the side of the customer, and we teach you how to be there too.
The approach borrows from many existing methods and shapes them into something structured and our own. We help teams build processes that use the best of design thinking and human-centred design to understand the problems customers face. We layer on strategic planning so innovation objectives support business objectives, which is what unlocks the value of an innovation program. Then we establish metrics, so the work your teams do is valuable, repeatable, and defensible.
The team
A small senior team of specialists. No pyramid, no bench of juniors learning on your budget. The people who sell the work are the people who do the work.
